As they usually are, the latest Nike Blazer have been a hot topic on the forums and social sites. Earlier this month we previewed the Nike Blazer Mid “Belt”, a quickstrike Blazer which has many hoping they’re destined for a US released, followed by a striking high-top version for the women in Nike Blazer High.I’ve never really been a fan of the whole belt strap, no matter if it be something from Nike Blazer High. However, this Nike blazer is quite striking in my opinion. The waxed leather Blazer sports an entirely black finish from top to bottom, with a vulcanized sole and a 2-holed belt around the ankle.
Which isn’t removable by the way.At this time there’s no details on whether or not the sneakers are destined for a US release but Nike Blazer High has them in stock now and it’s reported that they are being released as a Nike blazer so keep your eyes peeled for further details.While we wait for further details on the Belt number let’s take a look at another pair of Blazers which are readily available. Making up for what could be the perfect addition to that perfect Spring fit, Nike’s whipped up this Nike Blazer High black Graffiti leather sporting a pure white leather base with a strong dose of varsity red on the heel tab, laces and nylon tongue. To make the tonal Swoosh pop, red contrast stitching was used to hold it in place.
Midnight navy is also listed in the color code for the sneakers, however, it’s nowhere visible in the photos so we’re gonna imagine it must be on the insoles.We have taken a look at quite a few previews of upcoming Summer 2010 Releases so far. The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
